Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and tuition services provided by Eternal Tutoring, a trading name of Eternal Consult Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide mathematics tuition (including GCSE, KS2, KS3, KS4, SATs preparation and Functional Skills) on a one-to-one or small-group basis, delivered online or face-to-face as agreed.

All services are subject to availability and a personalised learning plan agreed after the free consultation and assessment.

3. Bookings and cancellations

• Lessons must be booked in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons in exceptional circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as agreed during the consultation and confirmed in writing. Payment is due in accordance with the chosen package (usually in advance or monthly).

We accept debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. All fees are quoted inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Student conduct and safeguarding

Students are expected to engage respectfully. We operate a strict safeguarding policy. All tutors are DBS checked. Any safeguarding concerns will be handled in line with current UK guidance.

6. Intellectual property

All teaching materials, resources and content provided by us remain our intellectual property and may not be shared, copied or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

While we strive for the highest standards, we cannot guarantee specific exam grades. Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant package. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing tuition with reasonable written notice. Fees already paid for completed lessons are non-refundable. Unused prepaid lessons may be refunded at our discretion, less any administrative costs.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
